NEWSFLASH from MCS International Help Us Save Gillian McCarthy Gillian McCarthy is a former UK biochemist, internationally respected expert on horse nutrition with several books published on the subject. She also suffers from very severe MCS and has been diagnosed as a “universal reactor”. As you read these words Gillian is slowly dying of neglect, alone, in a tumbledown shack in the middle of an organic field in Wincanton, England, with no mains electricity and, much of the time, no running water. She is also so ill she is virtually unable to eat.
