The Wikipedia/Wessely Christmas Comedy Special rolls on. It just gets better and better. Model railway enthusiast and Wessely hagiographer 'zis Guy' has, most unfortunately for the reputation of the Wikipedia Encyclopedia that he represents, gone and lost his temper in public on the Wikipedia/Wessely Talk Page.
You can viscerally feel 'zis Guy' going all foamy, can't you? This will all make for further great copy when the Wikipedia hagiography on Simon Wessely is finally published and One Click provides full comment on this entire saga.
We have just despatched the email below to Wessely hagiographer 'zis Guy' that will doubtless send him into a further frenzy, using the immoderate language for which he is now notorious and further espousing the partisan bias for which he has become internationally famed in relation to Professor Wessely. Tut, tut! This will, of course, result in further copy treats that will be so beautifully used by the ME/CFS community to broadcast the Wikipedia calibre around the world, especially in relation to their behaviour over this Wessely business. < G >

Dear Guy
It has been brought to our attention that Wikipedia apparently has a civility rule that goes like this: "Civility is a rule for the conduct of edits, comments, and talk page discussions on all Wikipedias. Whereas incivility is roughly defined as personally targeted behavior that causes an atmosphere of greater conflict and stress, our rule of civility states plainly that people must act with civility toward one another."
Whereas anyone is entitled to lose their temper in public, it appears that you have done so in a most spectacular fashion, using the words "shit" and "zealots" amongst them.
Although clearly compromising the so called Wikipedia 'civility' principle, you are of course fully entitled to lose your temper in public and be as rude as you like, but this does go a considerable way to undermining further any credibility that might remain to you.
As previously stated, One Click will not be involved in editing the Wessely hagiography in any way. But when the Wikipedia/Wessely article is finished, we will, of course, quote you verbatim with the Wikipedia 'civility' principle in mind. Your Talk Page contributions have become a classic of their kind and definitely deserve further publicity as they illustrate so clearly the calibre and sheer grasp of language that is the hallmark of your ilk. < G >
Merry Christmas and best wishes.
